  • Are there any set up charges for my design?

    No. We do not charge for the set up of designs.


  • Are there quantity minimums?

    There are no minimums on apparel; however, the greater the quantity, the greater discount we can offer. On select Mobile Technology items there are minimum quantities that must be purchased.


  • Can I get a sample of my items before I order?

    You can get a sample of product. Please contact customer service.


  • Can I get help creating a design?

    Yes. You can contact customer service and we will be happy to assist you with your design.


  • Can I ship my shirts to multiple addresses?

    Yes. We can ship to wherever you would like. Additional freight charges will apply. Please contact customer service for details.


  • Can I use the same design on different items that I choose?

    Yes. Your design can be added to other items, now or later. There are some limitations to design applications to caps, bags and mobile technology products. Please contact customer service for more information.


  • Can you design my logo for me?

    We have a very vast collection of art in our stock designs. If you are unable to find what you are looking for, we can assist you in creating your own custom design. Please contact customer service for any help needed.


  • Can you embroider/print all over a garment?

    Yes and No. The design tool will allow you to apply your design in certain areas. You can add additional decoration locations to some items (ie the back or sleeves on shirts, sides or back of hats, etc)


  • Can you match the pantone (PMS) colors in my logo?

    Yes, we can match pantone colors. When submitting your design, please indicate the PMS colors in the "Add instructions to Artist" area of the design tool.


  • Do I have to pay sales tax?

    Louisiana residents will have to pay the 4% State sales tax. All residents outside of Louisiana do not have to pay sales tax.


  • Do you offer discounts for higher quantities?

    Yes. Discounts are calculated as you increase the quantity. Each product has a price matrix so you can see where the quantity discounts apply.


  • How can I be sure my design will be centered or in the correct location?

    Our professional decorators will ensure that your design is applied correctly. If you're concerned that you may have not centered or placed the design in the proper location in our design tool, you can relax. With many years of professional experience, we've printed and/or embroidered just about everything you can imagine, so we are very familiar with placements. In addition, if you have a special request for the placement of your design (ie, left panel of hat, place design higher up toward shoulder, etc), you can leave a note for our artist by clicking the "Add instructions to Artist" bar or you can contact customer service.


  • How is my price calculated?

    Your price varies depending on:
    a. the item you have selected
    b. total quantity
    c. number of colors for printing or stitch count for embroidery
    d. number of decoration locations


  • How long does it take for an order to be completed?

    We have two service levels - Standard and Rush. Standard service is 7 to 10 days from after you approve your art which takes us 1 business day to create. Rush service is 3 to 5 days after you approve the art.


  • In what file format should I send you my logo?

    High Resolution art is preferred. These files include .CDR, .AI, .PDF, .EPS, CS5. If none of these files are available, please use whatever file you have. If there are any issues with the submitted art, we will contact you via email or phone.


  • My shirt doesn't fit/ I forgot a shirt, can I get one more made?

    Yes. You can get one or more made, but the quantity discount may not apply.


  • What forms of payment do you take?

    We accept all major credit or debit cards. For larger institutions, such as corporations, schools or government agencies, a Purchase Order may be used and payment terms can be arranged. Please contact customer service for more information.


  • What is the largest area that you can embroider?

    This depends on the product being decorated. The design tool on each product will only allow you enlarge your design as large as it can be applied.


  • Will I get to see a proof of my design before I order?

    Yes. All new designs are created and sent to you via email for approval/modification.
